Legal help with a co-owner of a property who is failing to pay his share of
the mortgage payment.? I have a co-owner that does not want to sell his rights on the property nor will buy my rights. He is not on the loan, but only on title. He has been giving me his share of the payment very late, and for the past two months he has not given me his share. I'm getting behind on my mortgage payments, is there anything legal that i can do??
We already contacted different realtors, but he would not cooperate at all, plese help.
