Default Mumbai buildings may get helipads!!

The Indian government is all set to introduce provisions enabling landing of helicopters on Mumbai's high-rises. I read about this on UTVi
It will surely become the order of the day in a way to cut traffic but what about the different things that will come along with this: noise pollution, height of the building, cost of the helicopter???? How many of you think is it needed?
