I am doing an internship in China and have been tasked with preparing a business plan in Excel for an investment in an industrial park that is to be developed. Budget and P/L is needed. Does anyone know of any useful templates for this or have any useful advice? I would really appreciate it. Most of the information i can find on financial modeling on the web deals with company financials rather than an investment opportunity.

Where in china are you? Im somewhat surprised that they dont have what you need over in china. They usually have a pretty good selection of software

I know this is a bit late after your post but have you tried TABULUS? Check out the FREE download and try it. I am sure this will work much easier then Excel.
