any e-money business in US has to face of problems due to legal hassles. i was reading somewhere that Numox is based in Seychelles. the features they are promising are good. especially i liked the one where you have the power to chose who will pay the commission (you or the other person). the withdrawal and depositing money into Numox is free. i didnt knew that it is a scam. for a person like me, who uses e-money for most my transactions, Numox was looking like a good service to me
