Ebay - Can i buy on ebay without a credit/debit card or cheque?

Hi,I've just set up a paypal account for Ebay but am concerned due to the fact i do not have a credit/debit card or a chequebook.Will this cause any problems and can i buy items solely using a paypal account and nothing else.Thanks for your help.Cheers
