i have a bank account at lloyds tsb and i have a cash card already. but i would like to set up a credit or debit card to buy and sell online

You should be able to link up your existing bank account online with paypal. All you have to do is link up your account by entering in your transit number, bank number, and your account number. Then they will make two small deposits into your account within a couple of days. Once you verify those amounts on paypal the account will be successfully linked.

If you cannot do that with your existing account, check another bank that is a little more compatible. For the credit card though, you will be unable to get a credit card, unless your parents add you on as a secondary to theirs, until you turn 18.

in my opinion you should concern to ur bank they give you the better suggestion. because every bank has its own term and conditions.

umm.. the best thing to do with be to talk to the bank where u hav an account. i dont really know if people age 16 below r allowed to have a debit or credit card.

What on earth is a 16 yr old going to buy and sell on line plus a credit card is not the way to do business transactions as any profit would be gobbled up in interest charges. i really think you should re think your business plan.
